Documentation

Polyphon is a desktop application for orchestrating conversations between multiple AI voices simultaneously. You send a message — every voice responds. Voices can read each other’s replies and build on them, creating a genuine multi-model dialogue.

Polyphon

The core desktop app documentation. Start here if you’re new to Polyphon. Covers installation, configuring voices and compositions, running sessions, and everything built into the app — including the poly CLI for controlling Polyphon from your terminal.

Integrations

Guides for tools and plugins that connect to Polyphon from outside the app. Currently includes the Obsidian plugin, which brings Polyphon voices directly into your vault.

For developers

Reference documentation for the protocol-level interfaces that power Polyphon’s external integrations — the MCP server for AI agent access, and the TCP API for scripting and headless control.
